Joseph C. Wilson is a licensed Texas real estate broker and founder of JC Wilson Ranches, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of premier ranch, recreational, hunting, investment, and legacy properties throughout Texas. With more than 30 years of real estate experience, Wilson has participated in the sale of more than $900 million in real estate assets, including some of the state's most significant ranch, recreational, industrial, and investment properties.
A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in International Trade and Economics, Wilson began his real estate career while living and working in Mexico City. During more than a decade in Mexico and Latin America, he built extensive experience representing multinational corporations, developers, and investors in complex real estate transactions throughout the region.
After returning to Texas in 2010, Wilson focused his efforts on ranch, recreational, and land brokerage. Throughout his career, he has represented buyers and sellers in numerous notable transactions, including the historic Tee Pee City Ranch, Lucky Knob Division of the Matador Ranch, Bitter Creek Ranch, Venado Grande Ranch, and numerous other premier Texas ranch properties.
Wilson's background in both land and commercial real estate provides clients with a unique perspective on property valuation, investment strategy, wildlife resources, water assets, mineral potential, and long-term land stewardship. Known for his market knowledge, discretion, and strong negotiation skills, he has earned a reputation for successfully representing buyers and sellers in some of Texas' most competitive land markets.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Wilson combines decades of real estate experience with a deep appreciation for the stewardship of Texas land. He is committed to helping ranch owners, families, and investors achieve their real estate goals while preserving the legacy, heritage, and value of the properties they entrust to him.
